About Chelsea Roth

Chelsea Roth was born and raised in a real estate family in Cleveland, Ohio, and has been a licensed and very active agent herself since 2014. Her mother is a consistent top-producing agent in Northeast Ohio, and Chelsea was blessed to have her as a mentor in her early days as a realtor.

After several successful years in Ohio, Chelsea moved to California, where she spent five years selling real estate on a high-powered, Zillow-affiliated team serving the Bay Area and Central Coast. During her time there, she gained invaluable experience working with a wide range of high-end properties—from luxury coastal estates to mountainous retreats and everything in between. The fast-paced and competitive California market sharpened her skills and deepened her expertise in serving discerning buyers and sellers with complex and diverse needs.

Now back in her hometown, Chelsea is thrilled to once again be working alongside her family in the place where her career began. She brings with her a broadened perspective, a seasoned approach, and a deep appreciation for the Cleveland market and its people.

Chelsea especially loves working with first-time home buyers—helping them become homeowners is, to her, one of the best feelings in the world. She also values the sense of relief she can bring to sellers as she helps them navigate the transaction process and secure top dollar, whether the property is sentimental or purely an investment.

When she’s not working with clients, Chelsea enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, hiking, cooking, practicing yoga, and listening to music. She takes great pride in her responsiveness and seamless communication with clients—always just a phone call away.
